Who is eligible for the Graduate Route?

You can apply for a Graduate visa if all of the following are true. First, you are physically in the UK when you apply. This is not optional. You cannot apply from Lahore or anywhere else outside Britain. Second, your current visa is a Student visa or the older Tier 4 (General) student visa. Third, you studied an eligible UK bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or another qualifying course for the minimum required period on that visa.
