Consultation Terms & Conditions

A one-to-one consultation with Ch Bilal Rasheed by Zoom. Two sessions are offered:

• Expert Session — PKR 15,000, up to 30 minutes. Includes a written summary of findings and next steps.
• Complex Case Review — PKR 25,000, up to 45 minutes. Includes a pre-read of your documents, a written assessment and one 15-minute follow-up within 14 days.

The consultation gives guidance on your case. It is not legal representation and it does not guarantee any visa, admission or immigration outcome. Decisions are made only by the relevant embassy, government or institution.

Pay the full fee by bank transfer to the account shown on the booking page, then upload your payment receipt. Your slot is held for 24 hours and is confirmed only after we have checked your payment and documents. Pay only into the company account shown on the booking page. Fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable taxes. Clients outside Pakistan pay the same PKR amount by international transfer; any bank or transfer charges are paid by the client, and the full PKR amount must be received.

You must upload the documents listed for your category at least 48 hours before your session. If they are missing, your session will be postponed until they are received. For Spouse/Dependant and US F4 (sibling) cases, you may submit a detailed case summary and your questions instead of documents. You confirm that everything you submit is true and your own.

The consultation fee is not refundable once paid. If we have to cancel your session, you may choose a new slot or a refund.

If you miss your session, you may reschedule once. The new session must be booked within 14 days. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session counts as missed. A second missed session ends the booking and the fee is not refunded.

If you sign up for our full service for the same case within 30 days of your consultation, the full consultation fee will be deducted from your service fee. The deduction cannot be more than the service fee.

The summary or assessment is for your personal use and is based only on the information you gave us. If your circumstances change, the advice may no longer apply.

Your answers and documents (including passport, CNIC and bank statements) are used only to prepare for and deliver your consultation and, if you go ahead, your case.

They are stored securely online with our service providers, including our client-management system and a private Google Drive folder for your file, and are seen only by our team. To help us prepare, your answers may be given a first read by an AI tool before our team reviews them; the advice itself always comes from us.

We never sell your information or share it with anyone else, except an embassy, university or authority when you ask us to apply on your behalf, or where the law requires it. You may ask us at any time for a copy of your information or for it to be deleted, unless we must keep it for legal or accounting records.

By booking, you agree to your information being handled in this way.

Sessions may not be recorded without our written consent. We may end a session in the event of abusive behaviour, without refund.

We may update these terms. The version shown when you booked applies to your booking.

Our total liability to you for anything arising from the consultation, however it arises, is limited to the consultation fee you paid. We are not responsible for decisions made by any embassy, government, university or other authority.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

You must tick "I agree" before your booking is submitted. Ticking the box is your electronic acceptance of these terms, with the same effect as a signature.
